I'm looking for some suggestions. To start, I'm pretty weak and don't want to stay this way for the rest of my life. I'm looking for ways to build core strength, arm strength, and leg strength. I have a barbell with pairs of 3lb, 5lb, & 25lb weights. I also have two dumbbell bars and more weights somewhere, but I'm currently unsure where. I can lift the barbell with the 3 & 5lb weights on both sides. Where should I start out exercising/lifting? - Dec 12 2018

Start with a 10min warmup(ask if you need some warmup excrises)

Then start small like sit-up,crutches,plank,mason twist (for abs and chest workout)

When you can do those try to do some push-up

For legs pace yourself jogging(do some flexibility warmup first and I prefer you jog with a partner to see your pace)
