work on the triceps and biceps also the core eat a lot of protein but also a lot of greens
pushups, planks, pullups, situps biking helps with the glutes and run backward - Oct 4 2021

Make sure you be smart with when and what you work out. Don't work out several big muscle groups in the same day. Recovery is gonna be a killer. - Oct 6 2021
