Idc if no one sees this I gotta vent

So I've been here for one day. I specifically chose my profile pics bc I looked and felt cute and confident in them. I got plenty of ugly face pics too (respect for those who are brave enough to share their ugly sides, I'm not bc I'm insecure 🙈 but that's another story

PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME FAKE A small part of me is flattered but I'm mostly annoyed. And why should I have to prove myself to them? I know I'm real that's good enough for me (seriously though try to find my pics on Google I dare you :/

Anyway it got me thinking that what I experienced today is merely a reflection of the toxicity of modern society. Women are either labeled "ugly" or "fake". It's never good enough for society. "No makeup? Oh you're ugly! A full makeover? You're so fake!"

When will society realize a person's worth isn't skin deep, people arent defined by their appearance? bc everyone has emotions, a heart, and a soul, no matter how "ugly" or "fake" they may be seen as! Period.

I wanna right a song about it. Oh yeah another thing about me; I songwrite but I dont have enough faith in my abilities to share them... maybe I'll work up the courage to idk
